If there’s conflict and disengagement in the workplace, that’s usually a symptom of something bigger.

Often, there are underlying issues in the workplace culture: the combination of your organisation’s interactions, beliefs, leadership, behaviours, values and attitudes. A positive, healthy workplace culture keeps employees happy, driving retention, engagement, productivity and performance.

Culture is created by and belongs to everyone, and understanding what’s going wrong in a workplace means providing a safe space for everyone to have their say.

A cultural review provides a fair, safe forum for issues to be raised openly and honestly. We build rapport quickly by listening, enquiring and building trust. Then we can join the dots to get the big picture.

The review process helps employees to better understand the perspectives of others in the group, and to take ownership and responsibility for their personal contribution to the workplace culture. Our integrated approach helps people understand the context, own the problem and move towards a solution-based perspective. It’s about respectful and empowering change, driven by the team members themselves, and supported by a set of recommendations on how to minimise the ‘gaps’ in expected workplace behaviours.
